Start your will online

A will lets you decide what you want to happen to any money, property and belongings you have when you die — you choose who you want to benefit, and how.

If you have children under 18, your will lets you name the person you would trust to look after them. If you do not name someone, the courts could make this decision — and they might give the responsibility to someone you would not have chosen.

The right will for you in 4 steps

  1. Prepare your will - We’ll guide you through some of the things you’ll be asked in your will — answer what you know, leave anything you’re not sure of.
  2. A will writer calls you - you'll speak to a professional will writer at a time you choose. You can discuss anything you're not sure of, fill in any blanks and make sure you get the right will for you.
  3. You get your draft will - you can change anything that's not right.
  4. When you've signed your will, we'll store it securely until it's needed

What does it cost?

You can make a will for as little as £80 inclusive of VAT. We pride ourselves on being 100% transparent with costs. The fee remains the same no matter how complicated your will is. However, our prices are subject to clients having no more than £400,000 in estate assets. If your estate exceeds this value please contact alternative solicitors. We do not provide tax advice to our clients and if you think your estate may be subject to Inheritance Tax liability after death, we strongly advise you to seek professional advice from an independent financial advisor.

  • Single will - £80
  • Joint will - £130
